Agreement
By ordering a tag, using the Raabta app, or using related websites, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Usage limitations
Raabta is intended for lawful communication about vehicles and safety. You may not use the service to harass, threaten, spam, or deceive others. You may not attempt to circumvent blocks, scrape our systems at scale, or misuse QR tags for vehicles you do not own or manage with permission.
Liability disclaimers
Raabta provides tools for communication; we are not responsible for the actions of users or third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Abuse prevention
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate abuse reports, or put the platform or users at risk. We may cooperate with authorities when required by law.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
