Privacy policy

Last updated: April 4, 2026. This summary explains how Raabta treats personal information in line with a privacy-first product. Adapt this text with your legal counsel before production use.

Overview

Raabta is designed so that your phone number is not shown to someone who only scans your vehicle QR tag. Contact requests are relayed through our systems according to your settings.

No public phone number sharing

Unlike writing your number on a slip of paper, Raabta does not display your personal phone number on the public scan screen. The other party interacts through Raabta’s channel; you choose how to respond.

Data encryption and security

We use industry-standard protections for data in transit and at rest. Exact technical measures may evolve; we continuously work to reduce risk of unauthorized access.

Limited data storage

We keep only what is needed to operate the service: for example account details, vehicle-tag associations, message or call metadata required for delivery, and settings you configure. Retention periods follow operational and legal requirements.

User control

You can manage availability, block unwanted parties, and update emergency contacts from the app. Where applicable law grants rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, you may contact us to exercise those rights.

Changes

We may update this policy when our product or legal obligations change. Material updates will be communicated through the app or website as appropriate.
